File2Forge is a US shop that produces custom 3D-printed parts and marks them with a permanent laser. Since 2021 we’ve made parts to spec for companies that need them consistent, identified, and traceable.

Printing and laser marking run under one roof, on one work order, so every part is made, marked, and checked to the same standard.
Most custom parts are printed by one supplier and marked by another: a second vendor, a second lead time, and a handoff where traceability gets lost. We do both in-house, so the part that’s printed is the part that’s marked and logged.
Every order runs the same path: printed to your file, laser-marked, inspected against spec, and logged before it ships. You get parts that match the preview you approved, run after run.

Held to tolerance
Parts are produced to a typical tolerance of ±0.2–0.3 mm and built to the same dimensions every run.
Inspected, every order
Each part is checked against your file and specifications before it leaves the shop.
Traceable by design
Serial numbers, QR codes, and part IDs are laser-marked into the part, so any unit traces back to its order.
