Custom 3D-printed marine parts
Fittings, brackets, weather-resistant enclosures, trim, and the hard-to-find replacements that keep a boat running — printed in a UV- and weather-stable material built for sun, spray, and humidity, with optional permanent marking.
What we print for the water
Cleat and rod-holder mounts, switch and gauge panels, clips and fasteners, weather-resistant electronics enclosures, dash and trim pieces, organizers, and replacement knobs and fittings for hardware that's no longer sold. These are accessory, fitting, and replacement parts; for load-bearing or safety-critical hardware, share the application and we'll advise on whether it's a fit.
Why ASA for marine use
The marine environment is hard on materials: constant UV, salt spray, and humidity. ASA is UV- and weather-stable, so it keeps its strength and color outdoors, and as a plastic it doesn't corrode the way metal hardware can. For parts that flex or seal — gaskets, grommets, bumpers — TPU is the right material. Our guide on the best material for outdoor parts covers the reasoning in full.
Replacing discontinued hardware
Much marine hardware is long out of production. If you still have the original part, our 3D scanning service can build a printable model from it, and we'll reproduce it in a marine-suitable material — useful for restorations and for keeping older boats serviceable.
Marking and identification
A permanent laser mark — a boat name, hull or asset ID, or a QR code — is a permanent surface mark, not a label, so it's tamper-proof and doesn't compromise the part.
