Custom 3D-printed offroad & powersports parts
Switch panels, accessory mounts, brackets, housings, knobs, and vibration dampers for trucks, UTVs, ATVs, and overland builds — printed in materials matched to heat, sun, and vibration, with optional permanent part marking.
What we print for the trail
Switch and accessory panels, light-bar and accessory brackets and mounts, dash bezels and interior trim, sealed electronics housings, knobs and grips, cable and hose guides, and vibration dampers. These are accessory, interior, and mounting parts — not suspension, steering, or other safety-critical structural components; if you're unsure whether a part fits, ask us.
Materials for heat, sun, and vibration
- ASA — UV- and weather-stable, for exterior parts that take sun and rain.
- ABS — strong and heat-tolerant, for interior parts near warmth.
- TPU — flexible, for vibration dampers, isolation mounts, bushings, and grommets, in a semi-rigid or softer grade.
The PETG vs ABS vs ASA guide and outdoor materials guide cover the choice, or let the finder recommend one.
Recreating discontinued parts
Plastic trim, knobs, clips, and bezels are often the first things to break and the hardest to source. If you have the original, our 3D scanning service can build a printable model from it and we'll reproduce it — a practical route for older rigs and obsolete parts.
Marking
A permanent laser mark can add a part number, a label, or a logo to panels and housings — a permanent surface mark that survives weather and handling.
